I charge nothing for on or off site estimate or over telephone advice.

I will give you a price before any work is done. If I can't fix the problem then nothing is charged.

If your computer is running slow, I can backup your files (pictures, documents, music etc) to an external hard drive, I then completely wipe your computer. I then install Windows and all windows updates and drivers. I install an anti virus and any applications you require. I will then copy your files back onto the computer. I charge £60 for this service and your computer will run better than new.
